Main contractor for the fit-out of the Carrefour Retail Business School in Nairobi, delivering a modern, functional, and high-quality learning environment tailored to the client’s specifications. Scope of Work encompassed a wide range of premium interior finishes and installations, including: Ceiling Installations – Acoustic and gypsum ceilings for enhanced sound control and aesthetics. Partitioning & Wall Finishes – Installation of drywall, glass partitions, and folding partitions for flexible space utilization. Custom Joinery & Cladding – Bespoke joinery fittings and timber wall cladding, produced in house in our timber workshop for a sophisticated interior finish. Flooring Solutions – Vinyl flooring, tiling, and carpet tile installations for durability and aesthetic appeal. Specialist Stonework – Installation of premium marble and granite finishes for a refined touch. As the principal contractor, our team successfully managed and coordinated all subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of; Plumbing & Drainage Systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Electrical Installations & Audio-Visual Systems This project highlights our expertise in executing high-end fit-out projects with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery and superior craftsmanship.
